Death of Osama bin Laden Free Essay

It still puzzles hundreds upon hundreds of million minds across the globe that on May 1, 2011, what many thought would've been the greatest dream ever dreamed, the world's most wanted man, Osama bin Laden was pronounced dead, by Pres. Barack Obama at 10:00 p.m. eastern time that evening. It satisfied most people, as some would expect, but there are and developing day by day, many who think otherwise. Otherwise in a sense, that he is still "alive." 

Many opinions are definitely present regarding that "particular" issue, but many people are definitely "rubbed the wrong way" about the abrupt disposal of the body. The mission was carried out May 1st by U.S. Navy SEAL forces in Pakistan, which the incident has also brought further animosity between the two powerhouses, being the U.S. and Pakistan. 

The reasoning for the United States can be made to make more sense, when in fact, Pakistan could have "aided" the Bin Ladens' during their stay in the country. The reasoning is not as clear with Osama being alive because of a number of pieces possessed by authorities to identify him. Even with the naysayers, this indeed, would be the issue. Dallas resident and local hip-hop artist L.E.T.H.A.L MC expressed, "I'm shocked, I thought it would never happen. I figured they would continue capturing his underbosses, but this! I never imagined in a million years. It definitely makes me question it, for no other reason because it's Osama bin Laden. If it was anybody else, I wouldn't even think twice about it." The artist also went on to add: "I think that's just what it is, many people flirting with the reality that he will never get caught, and then the person to tell you is the President. So in a minute people will be on to next one. It is an ongoing thing going back to JFK and what happened there, so it's definitely going to be there." 

It's unclear as to how many "myths" there are regarding his death, but one thing that is clear is that, his is not the first, and you may as well predict he won't be the last, as many say. But better believe, the infamous 10 year fugitive definitely made a hot topic that day on social network sites!
